During This COVID-19 Crisis – What Are Your Grateful For?

Zig Ziglar said “Gratitude is the healthiest of all human emotions. The more you express gratitude for what you have, the more likely you will have even more to express gratitude for.”

Although we are living through extraordinary times everyone can find something to be grateful for.

To put this is perspective:

  • If you have a roof over your head – you have something to be grateful for. some people are homeless!
  • If you have food in your belly – you have something to be grateful for. Some people are hungry!
  • If you can breathe — you have something to be grateful for. As you read this someone just took their last breath.
  • If you are healthy – you have something to be grateful for. Some people are sick.
